Senior Technical Trainer

Job description Role & responsibilities • Deliver High-Quality Training: Lead classroom training sessions in C, C++ , Java, and Python, ensuring content is tailored to meet students' varying skill levels. • Assess and Track Student Progress: Understand individual students knowledge levels and customize training to promote continuous skill improvement. • Engage and Motivate Students: Employ effective teaching techniques to maintain high engagement and receive positive student feedback. • Set High Standards: Establish performance benchmarks and push students to exceed expectations, ensuring they achieve their maximum potential. • Stay Updated with Market Trends: Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to stay relevant with industry trends and technologies, integrating these insights into your training approach. • Collaborate with the Training Team: Work closely with the Training Manager and other faculty members to ensure consistency in training quality and curriculum delivery. • Monitor Training Effectiveness: Regularly assess the success of your teaching methods and make necessary adjustments to optimize student learning outcomes. Preferred candidate profile • Experience: A minimum of 5-20 years of teaching or training experience in programming languages like C, C , Java, and Python. • Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Teaching Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to break down complex topics for better student understanding. • Commitment to Teaching: A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students grow in their technical skills. • Up-to-Date Knowledge: Continuously stay updated on the latest trends in technology and ensure that these insights are transferred to students. Additional Skills (Preferred): • Previous experience teaching programming languages in a classroom environment. • Certifications in relevant programming languages or teaching methodologies are a plus.
