Location: Kolkata Responsibilities: Configure kitchen items in internal systems and design tools. Add and update product data in ERP and kitchen design software. Perform backend configurations for kitchen manufacturing, including API integration between internal and external applications. Coordinate closely with the Kitchen Sales Team and other related departments to ensure smooth operations. Resolve technical issues reported by the Kitchen Sales Team promptly and efficiently. Provide operational support for order processing, data synchronization, and application integration. Collaborate with the technical team to identify, document, and troubleshoot system bugs and related issues. Qualifications: Strong understanding of ERP systems. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Basic understanding of API integrations is a plus.
