Job description DesignationHead Manufacturing Onsite Opportunity Roles and Responsibilities - Reviewing Plant & Production Activities, Budgeting and Maintenance, - To handle complete multiple Plant operations in terms of Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchase & Finance Functions 1. Monitoring the operations of all manufacturing units in detail 2. Overseeing the equipment through proper asset car, involved in beverage manufacturing industry 3. Devise Standards, to ensure maximum utilisation of plants, their efficiencies and equipment 4. Introduce systems and procedures to minimise or nullify wastage wherever possible 5. Conduct system and engineering audits on a regular basis 6. Improve process yield & productivity against the set objectives 7. Ensure appropriate inventory maintenance of all products 8. Focus on Continuous Improvement to implement good manufacturing practices and excellence across plants 9.
