Job description Designation : Manager/Senior Manager Department : Legal & Compliance Reporting to : Head - Legal & Compliance Job Description : Manage all litigation matters including labor law-related cases with the Labour Commissioner or Labour Court. Handle Stock exchange arbitration-related cases. Handle the GRC and SEBI ODR cases Manage matters filed in consumer courts or before judicial/quasi-judicial authorities. Handling of police cases, enforcement authority letters and communication received from time to time Attending the police station and filling of criminal complaints on behalf of the company provide expert legal opinions on issues or seek advice from law firms for labour and critical cases Engage and coordinate with external Advocate and counsels as necessary.
