Job description Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition (bulk hiring) or KPO Industry Preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
