Recruiter Specialist || BPO Bulk hiring exposure

Job description NIIT is hiring for Recruiter role for BPO Bulk hiring requirement This is 1 year contract role which has possibility of conversion into permanent role based of the requirement & performance. 6 days working WFH Role & responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organisation. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and draft detailed job descriptions. Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screenings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Foster long-lasting relationships with past applicants and potential candidates for future job openings. Keep abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in latest recruitment practices. Preferred candidate profile Effective communication and negotiation skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews. Proficiency in social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
