Branch Receivable Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding amounts. Collaborate with the collections team to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems. Analyze financial data to provide insights on customer behavior and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and resolving their queries promptly. Job Requirements Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting principles and credit management practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with banking software systems. Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
