Branch Receivable Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and handling customer queries. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivable functions. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Build strong relationships with customers to resolve their queries and concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of BFSI regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
