Branch Receivable Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws governing the BFSI industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Experience in managing and leading a team to achieve high performance standards.
