Branch Receivable Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch receivables function. Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and activities. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry.
