Branch Receivable Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivable functions. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes. Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions and interactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing and leading a team of staff members. A graduate degree is required for this position.
