Job description RoleSenior Associate - Finance & Accounts WFH and WFO Available Job description Roles and Responsibilities: - Assists in day to day functioning of the finance functions. - Ensure proper accounting for vendor invoices and making daily payments to vendors. - Ensure that there are proper documentations before recording any transaction in accounting software. - Timely collection of invoices from vendors and doing necessary follow-ups.. - Preparation of bank reconciliations on a regular basis - Understanding the business operations and supporting the business from the finance point of view - Building accounting processes for new business operations and effective implementation - Preparing and sending of balance confirmations to vendors and reconciling balance confirmations. - Collecting and analyzing various accounting / operational data to prepare monthly estimates/reports. - Preparation of ageing of vendor payables as per requirement. - Creating SOP manuals for the Finance Department through the lens of ERP enablement. - Exposure in International accounting and consolidation of accounts. - Coordinate with external auditors for statutory/internal audit. - Managing and overseeing accounting including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Revenue Recognition.
