Job description Job Summary Synechron is seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable and innovative software solutions leveraging emerging technologies. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate across functions to achieve organizational objectives. Your expertise will directly contribute to driving digital transformation, enhancing system efficiencies, and enabling business growth within the organization. Software Requirements Required: Programming Languages & Frameworks: Node.js, JavaScript (ES6), React.js Cloud Platforms & Services: AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, CloudWatch) Development & Version Control: Git, Serverless Framework Testing Frameworks: Jasmine, Jest Preferred: Experience with microservices architecture Knowledge of additional cloud services or tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Familiarity with blockchain, IoT, AI frameworks or platforms Overall Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of complex software projects using emerging and current technologies Architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable full-stack solutions with a focus on Node.js, AWS, and React.js Provide technical leadership, guiding development best practices, code reviews, and ensuring quality standards Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and project contribution Identify, evaluate, and recommend innovative technology solutions to optimize business processes and system performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, design, quality assurance—to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technical standards Stay abreast of industry trends, technological innovations, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and deliverables Drive initiatives for process automation, DevOps integration, and infrastructure scalability Performance Outcomes: Timely delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions Improved team productivity and technical competency Adoption of innovative technologies resulting in tangible business benefits Strong alignment of technical solutions with strategic business objectives Technical Skills Programming Languages & Frameworks: Required: Node.js (Express.js), JavaScript (ES6+), React.js Preferred: TypeScript, other front-end frameworks Databases & Data Management: Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) is a plus Cloud Technologies: AWS services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, CloudFormation Understanding of serverless architecture and deployment Frameworks and Libraries: Express.js, Serverless Framework, testing frameworks (Jasmine, Jest) Development Tools & Methodologies: Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies Security Protocols: Knowledge of secure coding practices and AWS security features Experience Requirements Minimum of 8+ years in software development roles with a focus on full-stack architectures Proven experience leading technology projects, delivering scalable solutions using cloud and emerging technologies Demonstrable track record of mentoring and guiding technical teams Hands-on experience with API development, microservices, serverless architectures, and cloud deployments Prior experience with cross-functional collaboration in agile environments Exposure to emerging tech domains like blockchain, IoT, or AI is desirable Alternative pathways:Qualified candidates with extensive hands-on full-stack development experience and leadership in technology-driven projects will be considered, even if their background varies slightly.
