Job description Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PMO & Operations Specialist to support our Project Management Office (PMO) and operations teams. The ideal candidate must have experience in project management, operations management, and process optimization in an IT MSP environment, particularly in areas such as Networking, Cloud, Datacenter, and Virtualization. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in project execution, ensuring effective operations, and supporting the PMO with reporting, tracking, and communication of project statuses, along with managing front-end activities and client interactions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring alignment of inputs and deliverables. Serve as the main contact for client inquiries related to project status, deliverables, and technical issues (Networking, Cloud, IT infrastructure). Maintain up-to-date project documentation (plans, reports, communications). Support IT MSP operations, collaborating with project managers on schedules, milestones, and timelines. Track project progress, identify risks, and facilitate meetings. Improve operational efficiency through data analysis, process improvements, and KPI monitoring. Ensure departmental operations align with business goals and support the implementation of business strategies. Liaise between PMO, operations teams, and stakeholders to meet project and operational goals. Contribute to reports on project performance, risks, and key metrics. Assist with PMO tools, resource allocation, budgets, and best practices development. Required Skills: Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project management, operations, or related fields within the IT MSP environment. Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello), and documentation practices. IT MSP Knowledge: Understanding of IT MSP environments, particularly in Networking, Cloud, Datacenters, Virtualization, and related technologies. Operations Knowledge: Understanding of process optimization, operational efficiency, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and address issues in projects and operations. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing project documentation and operational processes. Tools & Software: Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira), and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
