Job description Should be able to lead a team of at least 7 pax for conceptualization and Interior design of NBU stores and services Co-ordination, Preparing GFC drawings, BOQ and specifications. Concept presentations, Interior Layouts, Sections, Elevations, GFC drawings 3D views, Coordinated services drawings, BOQ, Specifications , Estimates, AutoCAD, Visualisation software, Excel, PPT MS office. , Estimates, AutoCAD, Excel, PPT, MS office. Qualification Diploma / Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or similar. Experience 12 years. Candidates working in a leader ship position with an Architect, Interior Designer, Client side (QSR or Retail industry preferred) on Restaurant concepts, design/layouts. Should be able to work with inhouse team or external consultants and deliver entire execution drawings package.
