Job description Job Summary Synechron is seeking a skilled Technology Leader specializing in Ab Initio Developer to manage and lead cross-functional technology teams. This role is pivotal in driving technology initiatives, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with our strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions. Software Requirements Required Software Proficiency: In-depth understanding of Ab Initio tools and technologies Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies Knowledge of Agile development methodologies Understanding of software architecture and design patterns Experience with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure Knowledge of database management systems and data structures Preferred Software Skills: Experience with additional data processing and integration tools Overall Responsibilities Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams focused on Ab Initio projects. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster skill development. Drive technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery of projects. Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions. Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption. Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall business strategy. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when necessary. Qualifications Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
