Our advisory teams play a critical role in guiding clients through high-stakes environments where reputation, regulation, and public scrutiny converge. We are seeking a strategic advisor with a law firm background who brings more than just legal acumen someone who understands risk, governance, policy, and reputation management from a broader advisory lens. This client-facing role involves working with senior business leaders and communications strategists to support high-impact mandates: from board-level decisions, disclosures, and corporate litigation to crisis response, compliance positioning, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients on regulatory, reputational, and stakeholder-sensitive issues. Guide communication strategies around litigation, investor concerns, crisis events, regulatory scrutiny, and boardroom developments. Conduct strategic due diligence and risk assessments to flag potential issues that could impact business reputation. Collaborate with internal consultants and external legal teams to develop aligned response strategies. Draft and review client advisories, disclosure messaging, position notes, and response frameworks. Track regulatory developments (SEBI, RBI, sectoral bodies) and assess implications for clients' communication approach. Participate in high-level meetings with clients, helping shape communication aligned with governance and compliance standards. Ideal Candidate Profile 4 to 6 years of experience with a top-tier law firm, in litigation, regulatory, or corporate advisory practice. Strong exposure to reputation-sensitive matters, crisis handling, or regulatory interfacing. Ability to think beyond black-letter law strategic mindset, business understanding, and stakeholder sensitivity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in simplifying complex issues. Experience engaging with CXOs, boards, or corporate affairs teams is preferred. A degree in Law (LLB) is a must; additional credentials in business, policy, or communications is a plus. Why Join Us?
