Job Summary We are seeking a Senior HRSD Developer who will serve as the technical SME for the ServiceNow HRSD platform. Youll design and develop advanced HR solutions, build engaging Service Portals, and drive complex integrations all while following best practices and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with ServiceNow. What You’ll Do Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, and HR Agent Workspace. Build and customize Service Portals, reports, dashboards, and HR Scoped Apps. Integrate ServiceNow with external HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) using REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to convert business needs into robust ServiceNow workflows. Own end-to-end lifecycle including solution design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, manage enhancements, and support HRSD upgrades and patching. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and development best practices. Stay up to date on platform features, HR trends, and contribute to continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development and support. Strong expertise in Service Portal, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and reporting. Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS. Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with at least one end-to-end HRSD implementation.
