Sr. Executive - Finance and Accounts (US Federal)

Job description SalezShark is actively hiring a motivated and result-oriented Sr. Executive - Finance and Accounts (US Federal) to join our esteemed Finance team. Please refer to the job description below for more details - Job Description: Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger & taking care of the complete Bookkeeping for US Federal employees. To perform day-to-day accounting using Quickbooks including Bank, AP, AR, and Journal Entries. Review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and adherence to payment terms. Invoicing clients and customers. Ensuring billing on time. Assisting in employee onboarding and de-boarding on Quickbooks and Benefits. Coordinating in timesheets & processing of US payroll, and employee expenses. Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable balances, and follow up on overdue payments. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity. Participate and perform ad-hoc projects as and when assigned. Required Candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in US accounting preferably US GAAP. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
