Job description Role: ServiceNow Architect Experience Range: 13+ Years Location: Pune Must Have: Minimum 5 mandate details from following 8-10+ years of experience as a Solution consultant/architect in ServiceNow working with Enterprise and Strategic Customers Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities. Ability to Develop a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with Business objectives and Industry trends Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs. Conduct research to identify topics that resonate with the Customers and thereby develop opportunities Guide customers into deeper adoption of Professional and Enterprise Solutions, helping to reduce backlog and accelerating time to value Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues Good to Have: Minimum 3 mandate details from following ServiceNow in-depth product knowledge is required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations Create detailed technical designs that align with the client's short- and long-term needs and leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party technologies effectively. Bring thought-leadership within the practice which can create certainty in the solution when there is client ambiguity, and lead the client to informed architectural sound solutions.
