Job description Role Overview:- This is an on-site, full-time role based in Noida, India.- As a Personal Loan Sales Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a sales team to drive personal loan product sales.- You will also be responsible for monitoring sales metrics, creating effective sales strategies, and providing guidance and support to team members. Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve personal loan sales targets.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the team.- Oversee the end-to-end personal loan sales process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to enhance team performance.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, and NBFCs.
