Die Shop Supervisor

Job description Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities in the die shop, including die maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Plan and prioritize work schedules to meet production deadlines. Ensure proper maintenance of stamping, extrusion, or injection molding dies (depending on industry). Train and guide die shop personnel in tooling techniques and safety procedures. Monitor and control inventory of dies, tools, and spare parts. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize die performance.
