Graduate Engineer Trainee

Job description Policy Advocacy with Govt. for business enhancement. Day to day interaction with various govt. agencies for policies, incentives, procedures, approvals and acts. Close coordination with All departments of ReNew for better work in various offices. Prepare and submit monthly invoices for Wind and Solar sites; coordinate with the billing team to ensure timely processing. Coordination with DISCOMs for payment follow-ups and assist in preparing payment forecasts. Monitor and track the latest state-level orders, regulations, and policies relevant to the renewable energy sector. Draft official letters and manage documentation related to government interactions and project development activities. Prepare and maintain various Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior leadership. Ensure thorough documentation and record-keeping for all above-mentioned activities. Develop routine and ad-hoc reports covering key business metrics and insights, within the scope of the RAD. Analyze operational data to identify trends, derive conclusions, and recommend actionable insights. Track competitor performance and industry practices for benchmarking and strategy alignment. Consolidate data from multiple sources into concise, insightful reports for Management and Operational Reviews. Demonstrate strong presentation skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
