Job description To ensure all relevant documents are maintained To motivate, train & counsel the subordinate & the manpower. Arranging of Raw materials from stores based on Production plan. Reviewing all production batch records and ensuring that these are completed and signed RM consumption should not be more than norms Making sure that all production deviations are reported and evaluated and that critical deviations are investigated and the conclusions are recorded; Maintaining safety & 5S in the plant Making sure that new and, when appropriate, modified facilities and equipment are qualified. Achieving the Monthly production targets Ensure all the activities comply with EHS regulations and policies.
