Job description Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele caller to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls Record and maintain accurate records of conversations Follow up with leads and provide ongoing support to customers. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred. Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections. Ability to work independently and as a part of the team. Proficiency in MS Office and google drives.
