About The Role We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team In this role, you will be responsible for implementing customized Salesforce solutions, working closely with technical leads, architects, and functional consultants to ensure high-quality, scalable delivery This is a great opportunity to contribute to innovative Salesforce projects while developing your technical skills in a collaborative, remote environment. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development & Customization Develop and customize solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies. Work on configurations, validation rules, and process automation. Implement user interface features and business logic in accordance with best practices. Project Execution Collaborate with team members to understand client requirements and implement appropriate Salesforce functionality. Participate in code reviews and unit testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality code. Assist in data migration, system integration, and deployment activities. Collaboration & Documentation Coordinate with project leads, QA, and admins to ensure timely and smooth project execution. Maintain technical documentation for developed features and customizations. Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and technical discussions. Continuous Learning Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices. Work towards achieving relevant Salesforce certifications. Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration. Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and Salesforce platform features. Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration capabilities. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Process Builder, Flow, and SOQL/SOSL. Experience working in Agile environments is a plus. Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer I) are a strong advantage. Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
