Senior Database Developer

Job description Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize relational (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) databases. Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions. Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for data integration. Ensure database security, backups, and high-availability solutions. Collaborate with teams to support application development and troubleshoot performance issues. Maintain technical documentation and stay updated on database best practices. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in database development. Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle. Experience with query optimization, indexing, and partitioning. Familiarity with NoSQL databases and cloud DB solutions (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, etc.). Hands-on experience with ETL tools, data warehousing, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash). Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
