Job description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Tally, GST, Invoicing, and Audit procedures. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting the overall financial management of the company. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MCOM, MBA, CWA, CA, Inter CA, or CA preferred. 6-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, Taxation or a related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in Tally software. Experience with GST compliance, including filing returns, reconciliations, and audits. Familiarity with invoicing procedures and financial reporting requirements. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports. Maintain and update financial records using accounting software, with a focus on proficiency in Tally. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address audit findings. Provide support during financial audits and assist in implementing audit recommendations. Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices, particularly related to GST. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
