Job description 1. Flow of data from AIR IMPORT - Job creation ( if required)/Option for creation of job for outside consol and direct master 2. Preparation of check lists based on the PREALERT received for all import shipments and getting it approved by customers 3. Processing document sets for arranging CDEC submission to all MOD customers and follow up till receiving of documents 4. Preparation of bill of entry for customs and execution of E-Sanchit documentation 5. Generation of custom codes (IRN/DRN) against each B/E and processing for uploading it to ICEGATE. 6. Follow up for all Custom queries, replies, amendments for final processing of B/E 7. Follow up for generation of Bill Of Entry in the system and forwarding the BOE to customer for duty payment 8. Follow up for payment to customs duty via bank interface to ICEGATE for next action 9. Executes and prepares Physical Examination and verification report following with the payment of Bank Challan 10.
