Job description ServiceNow Architect - ITOM Exp level - 10 years and above Location : Coimbatore / Hyderabad / Remote Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM) with at least 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions, demonstrating deep technical expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform capabilities. Responsibilities : - Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. - Develop and implement best practices for configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITOM applications to meet organizational requirements. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities related to ServiceNow ITOM for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, staying updated with the latest platform enhancements and industry trends. - Drive continuous improvement efforts in ServiceNow ITOM implementations, optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, with a focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM). - Proven experience in architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. - Strong understanding of cloud technologies and experience with ServiceNow Cloud Management would be advantageous. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. - ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM and ITOM are highly desirable. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work onsite at Coimbatore or Hyderabad or remotely, as per project requirements.
