Job description Role: Workato Developer Location: Hyderabad/ Remote Experience: 2 to 4 years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Workato Developer to join our growing team. Under the guidance of senior developers, the Developer will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions and automated workflows to streamline business processes and ensure efficient data flow across various applications. Key Responsibilities: Learning and Development: Actively participate in Workato training and certification programs (e.g., Workato Automation Pro I, II). Learn and apply best practices for building scalable, reliable, and secure integrations on the Workato platform. Develop a strong understanding of the Workato recipe lifecycle, connectors, and core functionalities. Integration Support and Development: Assist in the design, development, and testing of basic Workato recipes and integrations. Perform basic data mapping and transformations within Workato workflows. Help monitor existing integrations, identify issues, and contribute to their resolution under supervision. Support troubleshooting and debugging of integration problems. Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and other team members to understand integration requirements. Assist in documenting integration workflows, data flows, and technical specifications. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions. System Knowledge: Gain familiarity with various enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR systems) and their APIs. Understand common data formats like JSON, XML, and CSV. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new Workato features and industry trends. Seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in integration and automation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a technical role, preferably with some exposure to integration or automation concepts.
