Job description Title: Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Onsite Consultant Services 1. Introduction Touristic Enterprises Company seek proposals from qualified vendors or independent consultants to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement services for our existing Oracle Fusion implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications and be capable of managing support requests, implementing enhancements, and ensuring system stability. 2. Objectives The primary objectives of this engagement are: To provide daily operational and user support for Oracle Fusion Applications. To maintain the system through regular monitoring, patch management, and troubleshooting. To enhance the system based on changing business requirements. To manage and support integrations with other internal/external systems. To ensure compliance with IT policies, Oracle standards, and best practices. 3. Scope of Work The consultant will be responsible for the following services: 3.1 Functional Support Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion modules including [Financials, Procurement, HCM, Projects]. Resolve daily operational issues and service requests. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues. 3.2 Technical Support Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts using BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, and ADFdi. Design and implement RICEW components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows). Troubleshoot technical components and integrations. 3.3 Maintenance & Upgrades Perform quarterly patch testing and deployment. Support upgrades and new module rollouts. Maintain configuration consistency and system documentation. 3.4 Enhancements & Development Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and test customizations and enhancements. Coordinate UAT and production deployment. 3.5 Integration Management Develop and support data integration with third-party systems using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs. Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs. 3.6 User Training & Documentation Provide user support and knowledge transfer. Develop and update training materials and documentation. 3.7 Compliance & Governance Maintain documentation and change control procedures. Ensure adherence to SLAs, security, and compliance requirements. 4. Deliverables Monthly support and performance reports. Updated documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations. Enhancement requirement analysis and implementation plans. Incident and issue resolution logs. 5. Proposal Submission Requirements Vendors are required to submit the following: Company profile and relevant experience. Resume(s) of proposed consultant(s). List of Oracle Fusion projects and modules supported. Technical and functional skill matrix. Proposed support model and availability. Pricing structure: Annual engagement pricing. 6. Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on: Relevant experience and expertise. Technical and functional capabilities. Cost-effectiveness. References and client feedback.
