Job description Roles & Responsibilities Explain the detailed admission procedure and programs offered to prospective parents during in-person meetings and other interactions. Guide parents who have started the application process or completed a tour through the subsequent stages of admission via school tours and personalized counseling. Conduct engaging and informative school tours in accordance with established protocols, ensuring a positive and consistent experience for all visitors. Follow up with parents who have started the application form to provide further counseling and support to facilitate admission closure. Maintain regular communication with parents throughout the admission process, addressing their concerns and providing necessary updates. Conduct counseling sessions as needed, tailoring the approach to individual parent needs and ensuring all queries are addressed effectively. Maintain target metrics by effectively converting prospective contacts into confirmed admissions. Participate in the decision-making process for student admissions based on school policies and guidelines.
