Human Resource Recruiter

Job description Roles and Responsibilities Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements. Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Manage interview scheduling, coordination, and communication with candidates. Ensure timely filling of open positions by meeting deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field (HR/IR). MBA/PGDM degree preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing profiles, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
