Job description Job Profile: Senior Accountant Company: TechSharp Hydraulic Solutions Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai Job Summary: The Senior Accountant will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance with tax regulations, and efficient financial reporting. This role also includes managing staff salaries and administrative tasks along with financial duties. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. Prepare financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets. Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings, ensuring compliance with government regulations. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory audits and compliance. Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy in financial records. Support the management team with financial insights and strategic planning. Manage staff salaries, payroll processing, and employee reimbursements. Handle administrative tasks, including office expenses, vendor payments, and general office management. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter preferred). Experience: 5+ years in accounting, preferably in an MSME or manufacturing environment. Skills: o Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. o Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll processing, and financial regulations. o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks. Additional Requirements: Experience in handling banking operations, loan processing, and vendor negotiations is a plus. Should be detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
