Job description Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment planning and delivery aligned with business needs, timelines, and budgets. Manage backend hiring tools and processes for efficiency and scalability. Drive hiring strategy execution at site level with a focus on business-as-usual and peak hiring cycles. Own dashboards, data reporting, and analytics to support performance tracking and hiring strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, business units, and hiring managers. Provide actionable insights through hiring analytics and reports to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.
