Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively. Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Hands-on experience in SAFE or Scaled Agile Framework.
