Job description Position: Business Development Manager Certification Services Location: Pune Qualification: BE Electrical / Mechanical Organization: TV SD South Asia Role Overview TV SD South Asia is seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Business Development Manager to lead and expand its certification services portfolio. The focus is on private sector clients in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Process Industries. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Promote and drive sales of certification services including ASME, PED, IBR, PESO, DOSH, EN, MoM within manufacturing and process industries. Target Achievement Responsible for achieving annual business bookings of 8–10 Cr, with a primary focus on new customer acquisition. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, senior technical personnel, and procurement teams. Lead Generation & Conversion Identify new opportunities, develop leads, and convert them into order bookings. Tender & Proposal Support Support the tendering and proposal team by providing market intelligence, technical inputs, and competitive pricing strategies. Vendor Registration & Empanelment Manage registration and empanelment processes with key clients to ensure eligibility for upcoming projects. Market Insight & Planning Continuously gather customer insights, monitor project pipelines, and support strategic sales planning.
