Job description Responsibilities Drive key business metrics: spends, activation, retention, and delinquency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments and shape product strategy. Build dashboards and performance reports for business visibility. Develop user segmentation models and run A/B tests for lifecycle and rewards. Analyze merchant/category/channel data to identify growth opportunities. Monitor and optimize rewards efficiency and unit economics. Support regulatory and compliance reporting. Requirements Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or other BI tools. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms. Experience in defining and managing data warehouse schemas.
