Job description Responsibilities: 1) Breakdown maintenance 2) Preventive maintenance 3) Spare Part managemant 4) Following safety instruction. 5) Repetative breakdown analysis, corrective action. 6) Daily utility reading DG set, compressor & HT-LT panel. 7) Perodic maintenance 8) 5s, KAIZENS etc. 9) Maintenance of plant & machinery equipments and to keep record on daily basis. To keep record of breakdown of machines etc. Utility-DG set,Air conditioning,LPG plant,Compressor.Material Handling equipments- Electrical Forklift,Battery Stackers,Manual pallet.Building maintenance activities. EHS related machines like,ETP,STP,RO,Fire hydrant etc. 10) Good working knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatics,Plumbing 11) Machine Breakdown complete at less time. 12) NO spare shortage 13) PM 100% completion 14) Reduction in breakdown with problem analysis, Root cause finding & permanent action at centralised maintenance. 15) Breakdown & Preventive maintenance documentation work. Other Criteria: Experience in Laser, Bending, Robot, Paintshop, Utility, Material handling equipment will be added adavantage. Technical/Functional Competencies: 1) Knowledge of basic electrical maintenance. 2) Knowledge of basic mechanical maintenance. 3) Knowledge of pneumatic tools & welding machine maintenance 4) Knowledge of basic EHS system 5) Knowledge of electrical utility & material handling equipment 6) Individual breakdown attendance, problem analysis & corrective action. Behavioural Competencies: 1) High level of execution skill 2) Guide maintenance team to resolve breakdown. 3) Good team member 4) Dedication towards work.
