Company : Shreeji Asia ( 20+ Years of Existence) Office Location : Bommanahalli Experience : 7+ Years Project : Commercial Projects Only ( Civil & Interior Fit Outs) CTC : 7 -10 Lacs Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team at Shreeji Interior. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of commercial interior fit-out and civil projects. The role demands proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and a strong understanding of design, MEP, civil, and interior fit-out works. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants to gather inputs for scheduling and progress tracking. Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, and look-ahead schedules. Integrate design, procurement, and execution timelines into a comprehensive project plan. Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify potential delays or risks. Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and dashboards. Ensure alignment between the planning schedules and AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and execution sequences. Support procurement and subcontracting plans in line with the construction schedule. Coordinate with MEP, civil, and interior teams to ensure smooth execution as per the approved schedule. Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and assist in resolving site issues related to planning. Liaise with clients and consultants for planning submissions and updates. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in planning and execution of commercial interior fit-out and civil projects. Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite. Good knowledge of MEP services, civil construction, and interior fit-out works. Understanding of local construction regulations, codes, and quality standards. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualities: PMP certification or equivalent (optional but preferred). Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
