Dispatch Executive

Job description SHRI BHAGAVATI BRIGHT BARS LTD is looking for Dispatch Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Plan and coordinate the delivery of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Monitor the progress of deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise, such as unexpected delays or route changes. Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the delivery process. Manage a team of dispatchers and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to handle the demands of the job. Monitor the performance of drivers and vehicles, and implement measures to improve efficiency and safety. Analyze delivery data and make recommendations for improvements to processes and routes. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, such as those related to health and safety, transportation, and environmental protection. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicles, and prepare reports for management and stakeholders. Good understanding of transportation logistics and delivery processes.
