Job description What Youll Do: Design high-performing ads, banners, emailers, landing pages, and social media creatives optimized for Meta, Google, and TikTok. Create and implement responsive HTML-based email designs and landing pages. Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to translate campaign strategies into visually compelling and high-converting creatives. Work with developers to bring UI/UX wireframes and landing pages to life, ensuring brand and performance alignment. Use data, A/B tests, and heatmaps to optimize visuals for conversion and engagement. What Youll Bring: 2-4 years of experience in marketing/brand design for digital-first businesses (D2C, SaaS, e-commerce preferred). Strong portfolio showing ads, landing pages, and emailers with measurable impact. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and proficient in HTML/CSS. Solid understanding of sales psychology, UI/UX best practices, and designing for performance. Bonus: Motion graphics or video editing skills for ad creatives.
