Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending or approving funding levels and spending plans. Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work. Monitoring occupant satisfaction. Monitoring construction and renovation projects. Monitoring performance metrics. Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
