Oversee the preparation of financial statements. Manage the company's accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Develop and manage the company's budget, and ensure that the company operates within established financial parameters. Monitor and analyze financial performance, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management regarding financial performance and risk management. Manage the company's tax compliance, including preparing and filing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of financial information. Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent Leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
