Financial Controller

Job description We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Management Lead to oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes of the company. The ideal candidate will ensure financial controls are in place, monitor financial performance, and provide timely analysis of budgets and financial reports to management. This role also involves managing statutory audits, liaising with government officials, and leading a team through effective manpower planning, performance management, coaching, and mentoring. Key Responsibilities: Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company. Ensure financial controls are established and monitor the companys financial performance. Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets and financial reports to management. Oversee statutory, taxation, and legal audits of the company. Liaise with government officials as necessary. Lead manpower planning and management, including performance management, coaching, and mentoring of the team. Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of accounts, finance, commercial aspects, taxation, secretarial duties, and liaising. General management experience is essential for managing the entire portfolio. Excellent interpersonal skills, including people management and leadership skills.
