Job description 1. Production/Operations: Co-ordinate and implement various activities to achieve production targets within time schedule & budget. 2. Product Quality: Implement process parameters for quality requirements as per customer needs. 3. Plant Performance: Implement plans to ensure optimum plant performance for achieving targets 4. Operational efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Check process conditions to improve the operational efficiency 5. System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM): Adhere to safety & statutory environmental requirements 6. Customer Service: Maintain system and procedures for customer delight 7. Internal and External Customer Satisfaction: Identification of Internal and External Customer needs and timely fulfilment of their requirement related to Cl2 & H2 gas as per customer requirement. Handling of Customer complaints. 8. Team development: To develop his team members and helping them acquire plant related technical knowledge and skills and motivating them for performance.
