Job description Role & responsibilities Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to drive revenue across D2C website, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), and social commerce. Analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and competitor trends to recommend actionable insights. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute campaigns and improve listing quality and conversion rates. Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across platforms to boost visibility and sales. Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive traffic and increase brand presence. Set sales targets, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports for leadership. Coordinate with customer support and logistics teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and fulfillment efficiency. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential customer segments, and product gaps. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Familiarity with online marketplaces (Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and D2C website operations. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and sales dashboards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
