Job description SUMMARY Job Title - Graduate Trainee - Sales We are seeking a Graduate Trainee - Sales to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will undergo structured training to gain a comprehensive understanding of sales operations, product knowledge, and market dynamics. The role involves supporting sales activities, developing client relationships, and achieving business objectives. Responsibilities Conduct product sampling at various construction sites to promote brand visibility and generate sales leads. Engage with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to establish product presence at construction sites. Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to enhance market penetration. Conduct market analysis, competitor bench marking, and customer need assessments. Work closely with senior sales professionals to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Requirements Fresher candidates are preferred Experience candidates of 6 months preferred Diploma/B.E / B.Tech can only apply Candidates who have appeared for their last semester in graduation are preferred. Off roll provided within in salary expectation of 25KPM CTC.
