Job description Preparing & Submitting sales offers/quotations on a daily basis. Attending to telephone/mails and all other customer queries on a timely manner. Providing sales and administrative support. Providing an order acknowledgement to the customer for every customer order. Providing delivery updates to the customer. Regular follow-ups with other departments for order execution.
